Boxing for All

Improve your endurance and strength with Total Physical Conditioning (Boxing Fitness), or perfect your movements with our Technique and Defense classes, where you will learn to master every punch and dodge.

Our Children's Boxing Program is designed to help youngsters develop discipline, confidence, and a strong foundation of physical skills in a safe, structured, and motivating environment. Students learn the fundamentals of boxing while improving their coordination, fitness, and mental focus, all under the supervision of professional coaches. This program fosters respect, perseverance, and healthy habits from a young age.

Personal Training by appointment

(1-on-1 Personal Training)

We offer fully customized Personal Training sessions, tailored to each member's individual goals. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, learn boxing technique, or train at a more advanced level, our trainers work directly with you to maximize your progress. This approach allows for faster development, greater technical focus, and effective results.

 

Athlete Development Program 6:30-8:00pm

 

Our Athlete Development Program is focused on preparing boxers who want to take their skills to the next level. This program includes advanced technical training, targeted physical conditioning, strategic work, and career guidance. It is designed to develop disciplined, strong, and competitive athletes, helping them reach their full potential both inside and outside the ring.
